The main theme of this economix competition is Generating Ideas of ASEAN Youth to Transform ASEAN into Stable, Prosperous, and Highly Competitive Region through ASEAN Economic Community. Therefore, this competition heavily discusses on the knowledge of ASEAN Economic Community.
This competition is opened for the undergraduate students from all South East Asia universities and other countries. This competition is conducted in English. For everyone who wants to participate in economix Competition, he/she must form a team which is consisted of two persons per team. One person is not allowed to be member of two teams or more. Each team must register themselves to the economix Committee by sending e-mail and attaching Registration Form which has been downloaded from official website of economix.
This Registration Form must be filled by each team. The board of adjudicators is consisted of national academicians, economists, and practitioners. The economix Committee divides the competition into three stages.

No longer than September 1st 2011.
The economix Committee will select twenty (20) essays for the competition. The Committee will then invite these twenty (20) teams to present their essays in the 9theconomix Competition at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. These twenty teams will follow the second and third stage of competition. The economix Committee is looking forward to receiving your creative essays.
