           “Tagore Sesquicentennial Celebration” & LIT FEST’11 --- 28th, 29th & 30th July’11

             The Literary Seminary is pleased to announce that it is celebrating the 150th Birth Anniversary of the Global poet Rabindranath Tagore on 28th, 29th & 30th July’11.

             It is a programme arranged as per the instructions of Ministry of Culture, GOI. The Literary Seminary in collaboration with ‘Nikhil Bharat Banga Sahitya Sammelan’, Adyar is organizing this grand celebration.

              Students & teachers are hereby invited to participate as well as contribute their invaluable support in making this a success;

            Students with special affinity to Indian Music, Drama, Indian Dance, Radio Play, Art(Painting)/Handwork, Literature of Tagore, Oration/Recitation are hereby requested to register your names with Dr. S. Padmasani Kannan in Room No. AN-209 during college hours.

             Public & Private cultural organizations based in Chennai, interested in contributing this GOI sponsored programme, in any form (not financial sponsorship) are welcome.
