On September 29th; As teams from various parts of India will grace the GIT arena in a National Level Sports fest comprising of various sporting events including Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Table-Tennis & Badminton. Watch out for the teams, as they battle it out in the tiring sun, right into night, under the lights! The prospect of playing under the lights in the breezy Belgaum winter is something that will add an extra spice to this Mega Event! This event will be graced by various Rock bands as well!
.As for the Spectators, it’s a rare opportunity to sit back and be entertained as the best teams compete for Glory!! After all such a sporting event is a first one ever in BELGAUM , which happens to be a city of hardcore sports fanatics.. Colleges like BITS Goa , St.Xavier’s Mumbai, Jain college of engg Banglore and also colleges from Pune, Surat, Kolhapur , Goa , Mysore , Hubli , Davengere will be participating in this event with 800+ participants across India.. This event will surely get BELGAUM commendable recognition..
“COLOSSEUM – 2011” at GOGTE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, will be the first ever NATIONAL LEVEL SPORTS FEST in Belgaum and GIT is proud to host such a mega event .
